Pastoralist Education Development Organization was registered in 2001 to address peculiar challenges facing pastoralist communities in Kenya, with a focus on advocacy and community-driven development. In its endeavor to bring positive change into the lives of pastoralist people, PEDO actively involves local communities in the formulation of sustainable solutions for their most compelling challenges.
